Justin Mease recently performed our routine heating system check up. We were very pleased with his professionalism.
Justin did everything a service tech is supposed to do. He called to alert me he was coming. He arrived on time. He fixed our problem in record time and explained the issue and the invoice. Best Services will continue to get our business in the future.
Justin tested my AC unit and explained the best way to repair it for a much lower cost than I had expected. My AC was back on line a few hours later which was much appreciated by my wife. Many thanks to a great company and technician.
I don't want to leave anyone out so let me just say Best Services goes above your expectations. I've called them for a HVAC issue during the summer and had an appointment for the next day, then I get a call saying there's a cancellation and BAMM. I'm back in business. So when it came time to redo the plumbing in the kitchen I had no question who I would call!! All the techs are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Oops let's not forget the office. Sean is the best service tech I've ever encountered. He came out on a Friday night(after another company had bailed on me!) and was able to do a temporary fix until the right parts could be ordered. A week later he then installed the new parts & explained the pricing to me. He went above & beyond what most service people do, and was a real pleasure to deal with!
