Our air conditioner stopped working Tuesday evening and we called our normal company Wednesday morning only to be told it would be Thursday before anyone could come. We looked up online other services and saw where BEST had the highest reviews and they informed us they could come that afternoon. Glen arrived as scheduled and went right to work and within a few minutes our air was back running. He was very polite and professional and he did his job and more. We now have a new company in BEST to service our unit.

Eric did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in looking for a leak we had in our crawl space. Eric was very professional! We will definitely call Best Services again based on our recent experience.

Both Justin and Glen are great folks and do fantastic work. The office staff is always helpful , like when our hot water heater blew out.

Best Services technician, Glen, was very professional and courteous. He identified and fixed the problem with my heat pump quickly and explained all the charges to me. I really appreciated his kind and professional matter and I will not hesitate to call Best Services for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.
