Pros: Justin serviced both my home Carrier heat pumps through an annual service contract. He was efficient and seemed very knowledgeable of pressures, motor amp draws, cold checking procedures, and systems cleaning. Cons: There was some concrete splashed on my condenser coils during construction of the house that would have been nice to have had it removed.

Glen is the man. My wife and I have two small children and wen Irma came through we lost power for four days. When the power finally came on the AC went out. So now here we are with no AC in almost 90 degree heat cooling the house with fans. Glen came and with in an hour and half had the air going and the house cool. So on a personal note thank you Glenn for everything you did.
