Very happy with the technician (Justin) and his knowledge and thoroughness of performing scheduled bi-annual service on my residence and commercial properties.
Justin was the technician. We wanted to adopt him. Knowledgeable, prepared, courteous, and fast. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly and got our heat back on. We even bought the wifi thermostat because of his courteous presentation
They replaced our split unit and we are looking forward to giving alot less money to SCE&G. They did everything as promised: showed up on time, finished the job, cleaned up the area and a detailed explanation of how to use our new high tech thermostat. All round professional product and work ethic.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism and work that Josh, Ronnie, and team have recently done for us. We recently had a new HVAC system installed with Best Services. These guys are very professional, timely, and go above and beyond when looking out for their customers. I will definitely be recommending Best Services to everyone I know.

Best Services did the installation of our HVAC system and all of the plumbing in our new home. They did a very good job on the install and have been there for support. They also took the time to making sure we understood how to use the system and all its' capabilities. Perry and his team performed very professionally and competently. Time will tell how the system and support work out but we are off to a great start.
Super fast service and very friendly and polite. Had a burst pipe and they came out and fixed it within hours and even stayed late on a Friday night to fix it. Very professional service. Made my bad day much better!
