We are very happy with the job Steve did in installing our new water heater. Our old one was quite old and sediment in the tank made draining it cumbersome to say the least.Steve persisted and was able to get the old unit out of our condo. The install of the new one went smoothly. We are very happy with the service and Steve was courteous and knew his stuff. Great job!
On time, polite and thorough. They even agreed to match another company’s quote and did not try to up sell me. I called them to provide a second opinion quote. They waived the service charge as well.
Alex was very smart and thorough. He is our 'go to" man from now on.
