Well, I partially retract my previous review. The technicians are great, but the finance department is a bunch of morons. It's taken a month of back and forth phone calls to simply activate my account, meanwhile I needed a plumber to come out but was denied because my account was still in a flagged status after being told it was all clear! Lastly, I really enjoyed receiving SOMEONE ELSE'S private financial information via group chat fr om Best's financial team. Got estimate the same day I called. Scheduled work when it was convenient with me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and left a very clean work site. Work definitely use them again.
Had estimate for whole house surge protection since FPL indicated price increase. Nathan came and was a pleasure to deal with, put in writing cost for various service options, explained what each package offered and did not pressure to sell any package specifically. Would highly recommend.
