We had our scheduled maintenance visit on the units we bought two years ago from Best Home Services. They sent AC Technician, TJ Bryant and he did the most thorough inspection we have ever had. He recognized that with our pets we change our filter more often to help the AC units from working harder than necessary. He found a large amount of mold in the attic part of the system, suggested the remedy, gave us a very good deal and arranged a 6 month, interest free, payment system.
