Had an issue right before the Super Bowl of 2020. They were out within an hour and took about an hour to finish. My Plumber was a great guy and helped explain the reason for what he was doing. We even had a few good laughs while he was here.
Madison came within an hour of my call requesting electrical help. He had a plan for all of my requests (4 projects) one a bit more costly than we were expecting but the other three within reason. The bad news was that he recommended replacing 2 electrical panels (quite costly), but the house and panels are 33 years old so that seems to be legitimate. I certainly wouldn’t want them to catch on fire. I would definitely recommend Best Home Services!
Best had Jay out to my house within two hours of my call and on a Sunday. Jay was efficient, polite, friendly and above all helpful. He explained my options to me and gave me reasonable price breakdowns. He even helped me get financing making a tough day much better. Thank you Jay Baker and Best Home Services
