Service is quick and professional
You guys have come out multiple times and STILL can’t figure out the problem... Came out Monday, removed my toilet, left it, left the sewage line wide open for my family to breathe in the sewage. Promised to come back Thursday at 8am sharp then canceled my appointment that day without informing me, then said “probably can Make it out Saturday.” My landlords put down a big deposit, you guys accepted the money and aren’t coming to do the work.... 🤔 Is this picture something that is okay to you to leave open from Monday until ... read more
Great Service all around, from the beginning to the end.
I love best home services they came out same day and installed a whole new ac unit the technician ( Max )was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions they have called regularly to set up my maintenance and always been prompt and friendly when in my home they always have offered different options for repairs as needed and had me back up and running quickly I will continue to use them for my home repairs as needed they have been awesome all around
My AC stopped cooling on a 20 year old unit. Scott Slade was at my house with in a hour of my call. Set me up to have a new unit installed the next day. Was very friendly and courteous! Am anticipating installation tomorrow, a Saturday!
I have had a lot of problems with this company. If they send Chris out on there problem calls he was A++++ in my book took time to explain the problems that keep happening! He is excellent at his job.
