Water heater sprung a leak late Sunday morning. The Tech was out the house within 90 minutes. He had to go out and purchase a new water heater for us because ours couldn’t be repaired. Had hot water late afternoon. Tech cleaned area well and did a great job
Respond out to install a new shower head. Was prompt and arrived at the time stated.
Service provided very quickly by a rep who was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased.
