Had a miscommunication with price when I spoke to a rep over the phone. However, Eric the tech who came to my home quickly addresses the issue with them. He was personal, prompt, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Eric again.

The technician called ahead of schedule and arrived early. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. The only negative was he had no cleaner to remove numerous hand prints off the doors and they left their garbage including old nuts and bolts and plastic laying in the garage. Otherwise we were satisfied

Great Service! They were able to come within a couple of hours of me calling on a Sunday. Our garage door had been broken in to by someone with their truck who was trying to steal something. They came that day and fixed it to where it could be locked back up and came the following day to replace it. I couldn't be happier with the service and product.
