Christopher came ahead of time, inspected the problem thoroughly and explained clearly. I authorized repair and he got right to work. My garage door is working very well. I am a happy customer.
Bobby and his co-workers were great. Called ahead with ETA on their arrival and showed up promptly. They got to it quickly assessing my broken garage door situation, provided an estimate and approximate time to complete repairs...then made all the repairs in about 45 minutes, with the work covered under their lifetime guarantee. Payment process was fast and easy....and they were off to their next job. Very very pleased and highly recommended them to anyone.
GARAGE DOOR QUIT WORKING, CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. MARK SHOWED UP AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MAKING ALL NEEDED REPAIRS IN A TIMELY FASHION. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.
