We switched to Best Friends a few months ago for our pets. We have had the best experiences with them. The staff is amazing and the vets are so caring and kind. Yesterday, we had to make the decision to put our cat down..needless to say, it was an awful day. Our cat was family for nearly 16 years. The front desk staff, the vet techs, and the veterinarian were all so caring and sympathetic. I highly recommend Best Friends. We've been bringing our 3 dogs there for years and have always been happy. Yesterday they shined when they were able to work my dog in to the schedule to remove a tumor that had started bleeding. Dr Craig did an amazing job with the delicate surgery (due to tumor location) and today my dog is almost back to 100%. I'm so grateful they were able to help her. I cannot say enough how much I love this place. I wish I had used them years ago. Dr. Craig is so great explaining things and really tries the best to find the most economical way to treat your baby. The staff is all so wonderful too! Today they fit me in and I'm so thankful.
