Dr. Craig was absolutely amazing. He cared for and diagnosed my African Pygmy Hedgehog. He was very patient and kind. Unfortunately, my baby didn't make it (he was almost 5 years and developed a tumor restricting his airway so we put him out of his suffering) Dr. Craig was very knowledgeable on exotics and was very gentle with him. I will return there in the future!

I won't take my babies any where else, well unless Dr Deni goes somewhere else, I have been with her for almost 14 yrs, I followed her from another place that was 2 miles from my house, now she is 30 minutes from my house, but no one else will ever touch my babies. The girls there are so wonderful & helpful when I have all my dogs at once, 200 lbs worth of dogs & they are there to help unwind me. You might hear this alot from reviews, but the techs and vets here actually really care about you and your furry kid. I have been taking my hedgehog in to get some issues taken care of and while it's been a long process they have cared every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted people. Definitely a recommend for specialty exotics pets!
My husband and I just lost our oldest furbaby, Allie a month ago. We've been with this wonderful group of people for a long time. Everytime we come in for something for our babies, they treat us like old friends and family. When Allie passed, they were with us and so supportive. They've done so much for us after...we can't thank them enough. Thank you Best Friends, for all you do! <3
We took our dog, Brownie, to Best Friends twice, once for an exam and to get meds to see if time might help her recover and again today to say goodbye. We can't say thanks enough for the kindness shown from the front desk to the exam rooms, everyone treated us and our sick Brownie with amazing kindness and compassion. Honestly, I was shocked with the wonderful care, having never gone through this before. I recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital to all.

This is the best vet I have ever been to they take great care of your baby's and they are not to high on there bill
