Today my cat, Pokey, crossed the rainbow bridge. It was very difficult for me to say goodbye to her. Dr Craig and his staff were so kind and gentle with my feline baby and I was treated with kindness and compassion. I can recommend Best Friends for competent, kind and compassionate care of our beloved pet family. Thanks to all.

I just want to say that the BESTFRIENDS animal clinic is the BEST and THE STAFF is so FRIENDLY and NICE. DR. CRAIG is AWESOME. HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY BUNNY. ISAIAH and his surgery, plus DR. CRAIG called me his self. To let me know how my bunny was doing. I highly recommend this vet. clinic, you can't go wrong. They take there time with you explain everything . Today was a very hard day emotionally. We had to say goodbye to one of our own pets. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Best Friends Animal Hospital in Swansea!!! When we were taken back, we weren't stuffed into a cold exam room, we were taken to a very warm and welcoming room that was carpeted, had a lovely couch and was nicely lit. I took my Great Dane, Sophie, to Best Friends after a friend recommended it. I had Sophie spayed and her stomach tacked. I also boarded her there for several days. The staff is always friendly and professional. Once I called because Sophie ate chocolate. Dr Craig called me back immediately. I highly recommend Best Friends.
