RecommendedIm a first time reptile owner and ran into a rti with my ball python. Was nervous on taking her into the vet for the first time. upon arrival, I was welcomed with warm hearts and smiles. The reptile vet is a pretty awesome guy! very knowledgable and gentle. at then end i was worried about the price of the visit, but it was very affordable. 10/10 recommendation
RecommendedThank you to Dr Jenna and staff for being so compassionate when we had to say good bye to our Jimmy cat. The entire process was very comforting. We absolutely love that a tree is being planted for Jimmy as a tribute. Best Friends is by far the best place to take your fur babies. You guys are all wonderful!
RecommendedThe staff was excellent! I was completely blown away by how friendly everyone was, the minute I walked in I could tell that Best Friends Animal Hospital cared about my pet. Dr. Jenna was absolutely wonderful! I asked many questions and she carefully listened to my concerns and answered all the questions I had.

Recommended100% best experience I've had taking my dog Bubba to the vet. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They were running a little behind, but made sure we were taken care of and took the time to answer any questions we had. Never once felt like we were being rushed out. They even had his sample analyzed the same day and called after hours to discuss his treatment plan. I wish I would've found this place sooner. 10/10
RecommendedThis is not the kind of review anyone wants to make, but it has to happen. My family and I put our dog to rest after finding a few abnormalities in her X-ray . Best Friends Animal Hospital and Pet Resort has an absolutely amazing and caring staff. They all took the time to help make this difficult decision as smooth as possible. They gave us a private room to spend our last few moments with our beloved Anna. Thank you Best Friends AH&PR for helping us through this difficult time.
