Somewhat pricey but well worth it! We love the Best Friends Pet Resort. The place is very clean and cozy and the staff is very friendly. They do fill up quickly, so it is sometimes inconvenient, but what else to expect? They are a little pricey, but that usually does not turn off extreme pet lovers like ourselves. My dog loves it! She can't wait to go stay at Best Friends. They treat her very well and even provide a report card to let me know how she did. We go all out and get the room with a view although she'd probably love to go stay in the "cat house." I don't have to worry about her when I'm on business trips. If she has a medical emergency, her vet is right there. Price? Please, this is my Trillie we are talking about! Dr Jenna is very companionate. She also takes into consideration the cost of testing and medications before she prescribed them. I highly recommend Beat Friends Animal Hospital they all are exceptionally considerate and professional.
Dr. Craig is great and so is the rest of the staff
I used to take my pets to Hoof and Paw. My dad and I got a new puppy and needed to get him in ASAP to get his next puppy shot. They got us in THE SAME DAY I called! The service was great and the vet really cares about your animals. Due to COVID they are doing curbside where they come out and take your pet and they actually call you to ask what you want done. The Vet also calls you to double check and talk to you about the pros and cons of different dog foods, and it was an overall great experience!

Absolutely rude service to prospective clients called to ask about services and was treated like I was putting them out. If they treat the humans like trash I only imagine how they treat the pets!

I absolutely recommend them. Both my dogs go there and honestly, I don't know how I would of handled the stress without BFAH. One dog had to have emergency sutures as a puppy. And my other had a Mass Cell Tumor. They have shown so much compassion and up and above on their ability to explain things. I love this vet!!!
