Dr Jenna is very companionate. She also takes into consideration the cost of testing and medications before she prescribed them. I highly recommend Beat Friends Animal Hospital they all are exceptionally considerate and professional.

I used to take my pets to Hoof and Paw. My dad and I got a new puppy and needed to get him in ASAP to get his next puppy shot. They got us in THE SAME DAY I called! The service was great and the vet really cares about your animals. Due to COVID they are doing curbside where they come out and take your pet and they actually call you to ask what you want done. The Vet also calls you to double check and talk to you about the pros and cons of different dog foods, and it was an overall great experience!

Absolutely rude service to prospective clients called to ask about services and was treated like I was putting them out. If they treat the humans like trash I only imagine how they treat the pets!

I absolutely recommend them. Both my dogs go there and honestly, I don't know how I would of handled the stress without BFAH. One dog had to have emergency sutures as a puppy. And my other had a Mass Cell Tumor. They have shown so much compassion and up and above on their ability to explain things. I love this vet!!!
I've been taking Bentley here for 10 years! He was just a young pup when we started with Dr. Lisa! The first time he saw Dr. Craig was actually under odd circumstances! I decided to trust him with my boy to do major surgery (neutering). Dr Craig was (and still is) just as fabulous as his wife (Dr. Lisa)! He has also seen Dr. Denny too! I LOVE HOW THEY ALL GET ON THE FLOOR WITH THE DOGS!
Dr. Craig was so sweet to my ball python. During this pandemic, I was so glad to be able to do Zoom conferencing with him while he checked out my sweet girl who was refusing to eat and has lost weight. His handling and verbiage (he referred to my pet snake as a "kid") let me know that he loves not just the furry pets, but all of them. I am so glad we found you. Our girl was so much better today than she has been in a while, exploring her enclosure and even drinking water. Thank you for being here, Doc!
