Several years experience - always great We have taken two dogs to this Vet for several years, and could not be happier with the service and care we have received. The staff has been universally qualified, professional and caring. I credit them with saving the life of one of my dogs who required a lengthy hospitalization, and is now fully recovered. Best Friends Animal Hospital is under new management!!! I have no idea if any of these negative things are true about Best Friends, but I do know that they have been bought and are undergoing alot of positive changes! The hospital is looking better and the staff is getting educated (there is plenty of new staff)! I would try it for yourself! And for all of her many loyal clients, Dr. Habib is still here!!!
DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS MEAN TO STAFF Dr. Habib doesn't care about the animals she fired my friend who was the head nurse there because she asked her daughter to play with the healthy animals instead like the boarding ones instead of the animals scheduled for surgery or the sick animals that are hospitalized. untrained staff THEY ARE THE WORST HOSPITAL ever they staff is untrained none of them are licensed technician's in the state of CALIFORNIA! Dr. Habib is the worst she has her own child running around the hospital taking sick animals out and playing with them. I have heard inside stories about the hospital from old hospital staff..she is rude and curses at the staff...non of the technician have a RVT license in the state of California so they are not trained technician licensed in the state of California. Best Friends Animal Hospital WARNING this place is crap!! I've been going to BFAH for about 6-8 months. I have been very disappointed with the front staff. They are rude, unprofessional and make me feel like they don't know what they're doing. They seem so frazzled and irritated. The doctors are okay. Dr. Habib needs to get into a new line of business... Dr. Habib is the worst vet ever! As stated in other reviews, Dr. Habib was consistently late for all our appointments. We heard her on several occasions yelling at her staff. I had heard from a previous receptionist that they were not getting paid and that the Dr. has a lawsuit against her from a previous employee for pain and suffering!!! Do Not Take Your Pets Here!!! I have been to many animal hospitals, Ive even worked at one, BUT this one takes the cake as far as POOR quality of medicine, Insane staff, and very RUDE unprofessional Veterinarian (Dr Sindy Habib).
Not an animal hospital but a NUTHOUSE! This is the last place on earth I would take your pet to! The quality of medicine is awful, especially for the price. Doctor Habib has screamed and cussed so loud at her employees that the entire hospital, including all of the clients in the reception area, have heard! The most unprofessional veterinarian on earth!
