They are a pretty busy operation, so depending on location and how often they service that area, you need to get on their schedule in advance to get the date you would like your aeration done by. That is not a negative, just something to keep in mind. But excellent communication by Ricky is a plus and a fair price.

A great guy providing a great service. He showed up with well-maintained equipment and two knowledgeable assistants (one was his son). He had sized up my property right after I made my initial inquiry by looking at an on-line map app, and he provided me an immediate quote very reasonable. They were in and out quickly, as they used two machines. They cleaned up the sidewalks and other paved areas afterwards.
