I love Best Buy.. I could live in a Best Buy... I want to get a part time job there just to use all my salary on purchases at Best Buy. I recently bought the Acer Icona one 10 and I LOVE IT!
I recently purchased a Samsung Smartwatch Gear 3 online to pick up from this store. It was supposed to be an open box in excellent condition. When I got home with it it had a reactivation lock on it from the person who had it last. When I called the "hub" the response was less than satisfactory about how they could fix the problem but when I actually got to the store, they did an excellent job of making sure I was taken care of and happy. So pleased with the customer service at this Best Buy location. Tyler helped us more than we could have ask with my sons Nintendo switch and Zelda game that we were having some problems with it. He was so kind and so helpful that my son went and bought a gift to give to him for being so nice to him. Great job Tyler!
