We have been given the runaround by this store regarding the Galaxy Note7 exchange program. We have been to the store twice, and the people in the cellphone department told us that if the phone doesn't heat up than I have nothing to worry about. I asked if there was a way to register for the replacement Note7 so I could exchange mine, and they said no. Just call the store and see if they came in. What a joke! I have never experianced worse customer service in my life & that is saying A LOT! I spent $600 on a broken washer a month ago, Best Buy couldn't care less! I have waited on hold for countless hours, on several occasions & was unable to get anyone to answer my calls... Even the corporate hotline tried to contact the store & waited 2 hours on hold before getting disconnected by someone at the store! They advised I go in to the store, If I have to come in to the store I will be raising some serious hell!
