IS ANYone else PO'd that the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2 Steelbook is SOLD OUT via mail... AND by Pick Up at most places... and THE AD isn't even out yet!! I feel bad for people that see the ad tomorrow and go to the store Tuesday only to find it sold out! Know what you need before you get there. Do your own homework & make your own decision, the folks that work there could care either way if you do or don't buy, and that's a fact!
This is how you lose customers for life, waste their time and show that you do not stand behind your prices. Put Google Home on a shelf that says $114 then try to charge $129 at the register after standing in line. Then argue that it's actually $129 when the shelf still clearly shows it to be $114. I took a picture of it on the shelf with the appropriate shelf sticker saying it's $114. So now that you have wasted my time standing in line I'll go elsewhere and pay $129 and won't be back in the future for electronic purchases.... read more
Best Buy made me a happy customer. I ordered two new Samsung S8+ phones and had big problems getting them turned on at the store through AT&T. Best Buy did went above and beyond to get me a deal through Verizon so I didn't have to change carriers. They took care of me as if I were a employee. Alex, Jenn, Shawn took good care of me and sent me home happier than I probably would have went home if the original deal went through. Hats off to everyone there who helped me out
