After spending $$$ thousands there over the past few years, I'm now done with Best Buy. My recent order was shipped slow despite my paying more for expedited delivery, and when it finally arrived the item had been packed so poorly that it was badly damaged. I was sold the wrong phone twice. the second time I didn't notice until all the way how. we're talk long 3 different buses and sold it to me for the wrong price. they don't know what they're doing and they rush to get you out to move on to the next customer.
Magnolia BB has an absolutely horrible service!! The salesperson is giving false information and assurance! The staff is rude!!!! I'm definitely not buying here again!!!😡😡😡

The Albany NY store has horrible service. I understand you are dealing with limited staff and new rules with Covid and such. I have tried to have patience with them. Enough is enough. I have been trying to speak to a Tech for 4 days. Every time I call I get disconnected. After waiting for an hour and a half I finally got someone to answer. She said I would need to get a service contract and sent my call to someone else. After another hour I was disconnected. I have a new Samsung Tab A 10.1 that is still in the warranty period and it keeps locking. It will be out of warranty by the time I can speak to anyone. Rant Over!!!
I bought an open box TV this weekend and just picked it up. It had no power cord, remote or foot stand. $160 for a useless device. If I buy everything it came with it then I will be spending all the money I saved. I spoke with customer service online and called the store. They just told me to return it. So I have to drive there and back again because online it did and at the store they did not tell me all of this!
