Expect zero service or communication unless you are actually in the building! Brought laptop in under warranty a month ago. Can’t get a live person on the phone to check on it, so have to keep stopping in, now two weeks past estimated repair date. No manager in store. I “might” get store credit when the laptop is “junked” and the manager is in (maybe Friday?), but they do not have this model laptop anymore, so I can’t get what I want now even if I spend more money. I received a new iPhone for Christmas having problems with it. Also bought case and accessories after the holiday for this phone. Went in today because of issues with the phone and case. After being told multiple times that I must have done something regarding the malfunctioning I was told I am out of the 14 day warranty. Each staff person extremely rude and condescending will NEVER shop there again.
Customer service people at the Albany Best Buy were most friendly and helpful - they fixed us up - thanks!
