Felt like I was being forced to buy a phone case here.. came in to look Was in the store not 5 minutes and a salesperson by the name of Matt was trying to sell me and rush me almost seems like he was trying to drag me over to the register with 3 phone cases that were 80 dollars,,, and 40 on Amazon. Ended up not making a purchase and won’t in the future.
I bought a graphic design tablet 3 weeks ago and just haven’t had time to get back and return it. I went in today because I finally had time now that finals are over and they told me I was out side of the return date and could only give me in store credit. No one said anything about a 14 day return policy when I purchased the tablet, the manger did however rudely let me know it’s on the bottom of the receipt. Been on hold for over an hour, now just got hung up on.
Bad customer service...good luck getting anyone via phone. And after what seemed like an hour on hold i was lied to...told me the thing I wanted was sold out...little did they know my friend had been in the store, staring at a shelf with what I wanted..i only called to see if they could put on hold was told they were sold out. When I told them about my friend being in the store...I got hung up on. Cute.
Bought an Ultimate Ears for a Christmas gift. A few months in and it's not working at all. Found out that even though I've got the receipt, I cannot bring it in for an exchange or a refund. They were happy to say if I'd purchased the protection plan, (God only knows how much that cost) I'd be able to bring it back. $323 and it's a PAPERWEIGHT.
If I could give less I would....miserable people, horrible experience. Made Ulta in Mohawk Commons look like a dream (it’s not, but at least they have stuff I NEED so will continue to torture myself) Best Buy is outta my vocabulary and outta my life.
For the third time I went in to get a high-priced item and for the third time, due to poor service, I left without. This time the crappy attitude of the woman at customer service cost the store a few thousand in camera equipment.
Love it there... love that 88" television. Always a good buying experience for me.... just some bad luck in the past with repairs.
