Best Buy, best Electronic store in town!!! I have recently been a shopper at Circuit City, with the lack of respect and willingness to help I decided to try out Best Buy. Walking into Best Buy I found knowledgeable employees and employees willing to help me, unlike employees at Circuit City. I purchased a computer and the service I received was OUTSTANDING. Best Buy IS GREAT!! I shop at Best Buy ALL the time and I LOVE the service every time I shop there. I recently purchased a plasma tv for my livingroom and had the geek squad install it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The sales staff in the TV department were extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Keep up the good work!!
Do HUMANS work there? Because they NEVER answer their phones! I have called several times during normal office hours and get the automated directory... I push the number for whom I want to speak to and they never answer... it just rings and rings! Then, it goes back to the automated directory with the same message!!!!
I have been a victim of ID Theft that began at Best Buy in Bakersfield.Best Buy was not cautious enough to verify that all of the information provided to them for an application to obtain a credit card was incorrect. They should have detected signs such as my date of birth, Driver license number. Also how can my phone home number be one in Bakersfield when my home address is over six hours away, where we have a completely different area code? good but not always the best prices It was nice when Best Buy came to Bakersfield. There really was no other store like it in town. I was impressed at first, but sometimes I notice that they do not have the best prices in town. I like how the store is set up it is very easy to find a specific department, and it is always clean and organized well.
Best Buy Best Buy is a pretty good store for electronics and other items. I got a car stereo here and have been very happy with the purchase so far. The only thing I dont like about this store is that when they have sale items a lot of time they are out of stock on that item and the check out lines can get too long and you might have to wait longer than you expect.
best buy Best buy is a huge electronics store. They sell televisions, cameras, car stereos, video recorders, cd's and so much more. It is a convienent place to buy many things on your shopping list. It can get a bit busy in here so I do avoid going on the weekends but otherwise I really have good experiences in here.
Best buy I like best buy a lot because they have a large selection of electronic items. There is no other store like it in town. They have pretty good prices on most things. I got speakers for my car installed here and the price was right. The service was good they were installed within two hours and it was a weekend day so I was impressed with the quickness.
Best Buy Best Buy is my favorite store to go to when it comes to electronics. They always have a good supply and various items to choose from. Their prices are usually competitive sometimes i find the prices are higher than other places. One thing i like is if you buy an item and within a certain period of time it goes on sale they will give you the difference if you take your reciept back.
