Awesome store One of the best stores for electronics. Everythiing os there for any tech guy that needs anything. If you need a replacement part fast and are too lazy to wait for an online store to have it you goto best buy to get it. The people are knowledgable if you ask them. (I dont ask them much)
Horrible store Worst ever DONT SHOP HERE!!!! I went to this store and was going to buy a TV but no one would help me and I saw numerous employees standing around doing nothing and 90% of the people don't know their product knowledge ..DON'T SHOP HERE all the items they sell have the wrong warranty length they say a year manufacturer warranty but really only 30 days if you buy anything from there call the manufacture to check the warranty is the same
DO NOT PATRONIZE BEST BUY!!! I purchased a cordless phone that was bad out of box, called the store 10 times, let it ring for 5 minutes each time...no answer. Had to call corporate to get an answer to my question. I'm returning the phone and vow to never do business with them again. Trust me, don't waste your time or your money...find whatever products you need elsewhere, it'll save you a lot of stress and anger.
property manager I hate this store! No one answers the phone. No one seems to know that you are even in the store. I guess the hourly help have to work their tails off so the management looks good. I feel for the ones that do take pride in trying to help the customer. There is no "customer service" unless you can get in a word edge wise while they are talking about their weekends. Never will go back no matter how good the price is.

Three Great Employees - The Rest Can Go Home I spend approximately $3,000 each year at this mega store. I have found three great employees. I can recommend Orlando and Brianna. The rest of the blue shirts should stay home. They know little about their product and even less about customer service. The worst offenders are the people working in "Customer Service." you can tell the management 'cause they're the ones standing around. I dread going to Best Buy. While their merchandise inventory is huge, their service/management is deplorable. I tried to call first, no one answers the phone, on any extension, at any time. ID Theft I have been a victim of ID Theft that began at Best Buy in Bakersfield. Best Buy was not cautious enough to verify that all of the information provided to them for an application to obtain a credit card was incorrect. They should have detected signs such as my date of birth, Driver license number. Also how can my phone home number be one in Bakersfield when my home address is over six hours away, where we have a completely different area code?
