For years, I have been a Best Buy and Samsung loyal customer. All our TV's, phones, tablets have been purchased through Best Buy. As of today, that all ends. I will never buy another Samsung product, nor will I ever shop at Best Buy again. I will advise all my friends to never shop at either one again. Neither Best Buy nor Samsung believes in customer service or product support for recently purchased equipment. The Best Buy in Port Charlotte, Florida is particularly egregious! Always a pleasure to shop at for electronics and phones. Appliance prices higher than others, and software section very small. Staff are always polite and helpful,

This is the worst Best Buy in Florida you can never get ahold of anybody nobody will ever call you back the worst

Called the mobile center to ask about a phone, they had 1 left in stock & offered to hold it til I got there (within 30 min). NEVER offered to make appt. When I got there, they said I was next, 30 min later was told there would be another 30 min wait, 1.5 hrs waiting & they couldn't even help me because the person from my previous appt lied and screwed up my AT&T acct!!! Go to a mobile carrier store !!! DO NOT GO HERE for phone service !!! These ppl were the most incompetent ppl I ever met!!!

We had to go to Best Buy to get what we need that Home Depot wasn't able to provide. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff like "Ron" is commendable. He taught us that we can convert a 4 prong oven into 3 prong outlet for our new oven. We saved alot not only time but money as well👍

Made an 11:45 am appointment online and found a few others with the same time slot. Waited 40 mins to be skipped over. Had to get up and ask... Eventually, ended up fixing my issue on my own while tech took care of guy he bumped up before me! �
