Waited to be helped, even looked for someone, asked for help and was sent to someone who walked away to help someone else. Had to go somewhere else. Spend lots of money here maybe not anymore.

Best Buy Port Charlotte. Was there yesterday to buy I-pad no one waited on me this is not the first time but it will be the last
Store nearly empty. My husband waited & was never asked if he could be helped by anyone in phone dept. I was going to go in today to purchase an iphone 7 plus but obviously they could care less in making a sale. Is it because he is older? (Around 2:30)
Shout out to the nice young man in the computer department tonight who went out of his way to find the hard drive I needed and finding me in the store to make sure I got it. Customer service beyond the call of duty!
Relative bought Samsung refrigerator in March she went north for a week came home to broken refrigerator everything in it ruin freezer thawed. Best buy contacted Monday this is Wednesday they dont service them they will have to find a company to come out. Still waiting. Meanwhile no refrigerator
