most of staff would prefer to spend most of their day with other sales staff..and act annoyed if you interupt them and force them to do what they get paid for..guess the manager could care less..or some people would be replaced

Bought 2 phone in the store 3 months ago on the BOGO special .The never gave me the special just charge me for both phones and I am still dealing with this store they keep telling me they will correct it but they dont And athe Verizon' expert Sean us the rudest individual you could ever meet he does nothing to improve #BestBuy for the better.
I have called this store in Port Charlotte 5 times and held for at least 4 minutes each time and nobody ever picks up the phone!,,,WHO WOULD EVER RECOMMEND BEST BUY???

Overall, I find their customer service is terrible. Very difficult to find someone to ask a question of and when you do, it seems irritating to them. However, the main reason I will longer shop at BEST BUY, is the fact they do not honor our nations military by offering a military discount to those of us who carry the ID. In fact, when I asked for it the cashier said “why would we do that!” I urge everyone to stop and think about this the next time you are contemplating shopping at Best Buy! Unfortunately i listened to the Geek Squad advertisement to make an appointment to skip the line so I did. We got there on time and checked in. I then watched them call everyone who was there before us. It’s now 45 minutes after the appointment time. Then we were told they could not fix our computer issue. I’ll think twice before shopping there and will not use geek squad again.
my husband and i spent 10 minutes looking at a tv.no one ever approached us.even when we looked we saw no sales people to help us.we spend our cash elsewhere.
