The service and sales help is deceptive. They make one offer, then add on extra costs. The GEEK squard quoted one price, then during pick up of the repair they denied that a service was part of the package deal even though it was listed. on their sheet. I will never enter this store again.
I found the I pad I was looking for without help from the staff. To get it I needed. salesperson. For 20 min. I cannot get one to help me. All the ones(3) I got will not help me since it is not their area. Once I got it, to pay, they were busy talking and after a while, they went inside. More employees than customers but you just cannot get one to help. I will never visit that store again !!!!!
Fast service and they were very helpful. Best buy is my number store.
This place is great to see and find want you want at Best Buy. For myself I always buy movies or electronics if they have a sale for them.
