Bestbuy is the absolute worst never ever buying an appliance from there again...from the beginning to delivery. First I go to buy the Lg washer and dryer at the store in jersey city. First the sales associate ask electric or Gas dryer twice he ask twice he is told gas. Then we leave the store and realize he never offered a warranty we go back purchase warranties for both washer and dryer. very good service with many options at great prices
they are worst in preordering cell phones. Nothing but empty promises. its been 3 weeks since i put preorder for galaxy s10 still no available. No calls nor emails from bestbuy about delays or updates. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.
Annoyed, I'm in the Big Brother Big Sister Program, I took my little brother to get a tablet, we specifically asked the person taking care of us that he is looking for a tablet for Fornite, he said the Samsung Galaxy Tablet 7.0 would be fine. He gets home his mom calls me that Fornite wont work with this device as it need to be 8.0, they tried to upgrade software but only allows upgrade to 5.5...Are the salespeople trained? I have never had a problem with this store until i purchased a washer dryer and it was delivered to my home on July 15th and damages occurred. It is now Nov 5th and I am still arguing with not only Best Buy but Cory companies. Almost $1600 worth of damages were done and they want to offer me $100-$150. I’ve emailed multiple people and every time i email someone new i am ignored or it takes them 2-3 weeks to respond. I will not purchase from this place again because customer service is truly horrible.
