if you want any service, don't waste your time at this store. Go to Secaucus. I waited 25 min to get help in appliances and no one showed. I went to Secaucus and within 25 min I got assistance and my credit and fridge. See Howie 👍

Best Buy? Try WORST Buy. Rottem phone service for the entire company and the JC location never pixs up the phone. Cannot pricess a simple laptop purchase... Even cancelling the order was a nightmare.
On more then one occasion I’ve come through and purchased all the items I need at retail. There when you need them! That’s why they’re there!
Never in my life have I ever had such horrible customer service with any delivery. I took off from work to recieve my washer. Had my old one disconnected. Was up at 6am waiting for an eta between 8am-12. driver claim that they came and rang my door bell and no answer and they left a note on the front steps at my home...wait!!! Steps?!!! who leaves a paper note on any steps on a windy day? They never came smh..after numerous calls of trying to resolve they then tell me they wont deliver as I requested and they wont deliver on... read more
I've never had an issue in-store since I go in and do not require help, though it is tough to find someone to help if needed. HOWEVER, calling in to ask a question or get anyone over the phone is a NIGHTMARE. I spent about an hour and 7 attempts and wasn't able to get anyone to answer. NO WONDER ECOMM IS DESTROYING PHYSICAL STORE!
If I could rate no stars that would be nice. The past month has been nothing but headaches from poor installation and product troubleshooting for my Pioneer Car AppRadio. This place has you fooled that they are "fixing" the problem. Then just left me with a broken radio and no answers. NEVER USING BEST BUY!
