They did a great job! Awesome sales, and employees were making sure customers were helped.
Very unhappy. We are cutting up your card and will never shop here again. We have a zero balance and keep getting charged geek squad fees we didn't sign up for. We have spent weeks trying to get these charges off of our bill and nobody will help us. Best buy says to call Citibank. Citibank says it's best buy geek squad charging us. We were even given a fake confirmation number at one point saying it was taken care of. Buyer beware of this scam.
