Deliver services suck. Was told 3-5. Get called after 1. Guy was rude and hung up on me. Didn’t get my TV. And can’t reschedule ether. Thanks... sorry the tv was only 800 dollars and not the 1200 dollar one
Been trying to call the store for over 2 hours. NEVER GETS PICKED UP, always on hold.
Tremont Wellmaker needs to be fired. The general manager and that manager need to learn how to fix problems that their employees make. Do not go to this best buy. Most of them do not know what is going on. And its a waste of time and money.
My boyfriend and I just purchased 2 TVs and a sound system and let me tell you Justin was incredible! He spoke using language both of us could understand. He took his time showing us the ins and outs of each product as well as giving us his personal opinion on products! He is very knowledgeable about the products in store! Excellent asset to the team.
I walked in and let them know what I wanted! They ordered the computer my daughter wanted and was in and out in 20 minutes.
Great service like always have an option of two different stores I’m between and I always Go to the Edwardsville location they do everything possible to try to make it good Worked with Adam and customer service went over and above what he had to do to try to make everything right for me
