This is the rudest Best Buy I've ever been to. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ever came here. Manager Kenneth Young is completely useless. HE tells me to Call Geek Squad for them to come repair my TV . I'm on hold for 28 minutes just for Geek Squad to tell me I have to call Vizio . Again the manager kennith is useless. ( not the first time I had to deal with him but will be the last ) I got a hold of Vizio and they are very nice people. Nice Best Buy. Just pulled up...3 min till closing...person locking the door saw me and went ahead locking the door. Really need to work on customer service if want continued business.
Have ordered things online for in store pickup, only to have them just cancel and question why I needed 6 of something. They should have said thank you for your business. Incompetence and bad management is why most people avoid the edwardsville store. Now I'll be joining.
I kept getting stalked by one of your female workers asking me on 2 occasions if I was finding everything OK, and If I was ready to check out now. I was looking at th 4K Tvs. I said no. She said she would hold my items if I was going to continue shopping and to "let her know" when I was ready to check out. It's none of her business how long I want to keep shopping. Second time in to buy a drone and second time I waited more than 20 minutes to even be waited on....walked out...again, I guess I will try the one in Brentwood...
