What happened to customer service. I have called three times to check if my TV i ordered was there. Every time I call i get their long recording then it hangs up on me after i choose sales.

Just wanted to compliment the Edwardsville store on their curbside pick-up process during this pandemic. I work from home, and my power cord was damaged this morning. I ordered a new one and picked it up at the Edwardsville store. The process was exceptional. As I drove in to the parking lot, an employee greeted me at a safe distance. pre-ordered a video game to be picked up in store. Day game comes out, NO GAME!! Store claims Microsoft failed to ship games, which was a LIE! Someone took my SON'S copy! Other locations recieved their pre-orders on time!! 2nd time we've been screwed by Best Buy. Will never shop with them again!
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
You could grow old in this store waiting for someone to actually help you. Ridiculous!
