Your return policy sucks! Everyone else gives you 30 days and your newer crappy policy is for only 15. I've been a loyal reward member for over 10 years and just this year my Premiere Silver Status ( which I had maintained for almost 5 years) expired and I didn't know that the return policy had changed and tried to exchange a defective Blu-ray for a working one and they didn't seem to care. I haven't had an issue with any Blu-ray in years and if I had known the regular policy had changed from 30 days to 15 I wouldn't if wait... read more

I used to always shop here for my media and media tech needs. The recent addition of the direct tv kiosk has made it unbearable to shop in peace. I can't take three steps without a guy in a suit hounding me about my internet service. Leave me alone I just wanna shop in peace! I'll come to you if I'm looking. However, these guys are super nice and they can eventually take a hint. I was just annoyed enough that I put down everything I had and walked out. Not the experience I want in Best Buy.
