Customer service is horrible. The Assistant Manager at the Orem store could not even walk over from the podium to talk to us. We had to go to him. We had been told by customer service online to take our product in and a manger would help us. We had the transcript from the online chat, but he did not help us or care. I'm only reviewing Best Buy Marshall in Orem. He got me to come in to Best Buy on THANKSGIVING, and followed up because I had gone in the night before to look at prices. I rarely go into stores anymore. Customer service is lacking. S/O to Marshall at Best Buy.
