They are crooks; organized crime. If you ask them what product fits your need they'll lie and say the wrong one. Then they won't let you return it. They sell defective products off their shelves and create a loophole so you can't return it. They goad you into paying for a warrantee, then dispose of the record or create a loophole where it's invalid. They attempt to walk off with documentation so they can dispose of it. I purchased over $7K worth of product here over the last year and the service is absolutely brutal. My last purchase was for a giant tv for almost $3K and the installation apt was cancelled 3 times on the day of the installation. Trying to call them is impossible I tried for a week straight and every time I called you get put on hold for over one hour and then the phone cuts off. They don't answer any emails and you are just stuck being able to do nothing. This is horrible business and we should just start supporting the loc... read more

We waited 45 minutes for help in the store. Not one person asked us if we needed anything. The store wasn’t even busy. When I spoke with the manager she said sorry but I got everybody tied up on something else. The manager didn’t offer to help us and all she was doing was mask patrol. I will not be back to the Fort Smith store.

I went to your store on 11/30 to purchase a gift for my spouse for Christmas. The item was not in that the best buy associate recommended for my spouses phone. He encouraged me to get this item and swore that my spouse would not get the email of purchase. Left the store. Within 15 minutes, I get a text from my spouse, not only asking me about a purchase at best buy but then realizing that I had purchased the wrong item.
