Drove 100 miles one way because grandson wanted new hardware for our pc. Zachary and AJ from Geek Squad took over and made my grandson one happy young gamer. Zachary went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. Thank you Zachary and AJ.

Best Buy you have a extremely incompetent customer service department. Been dealing with issue since 11/29/2016 on your Best Buy credit card. It's the geek squad division have conformation & refund numbers the charge is still there repeated phone calls last time was 01/24/2016 transferred to 4 different people then disconnected. Even sent a letter no response. This taking to long no excuse for this should been taken care of back in November. Talking to customer service people in a different country sucks!! ���
My husband and I went to your Saginaw store Jan 9th, the humidifier that we wanted was out of stock at the store, the sales rep told us that it would only take 2 - 3 to have it delivered to our home. Today is day 8 and we still haven't gotten it... I called the store on Jan 13th and told them that I haven't gotten it yet. I tracked it with the UPS and it hasn't arrived at the UPS to ship it to me and NO update information.
