I stopped by this store with full intentions of buying a tv and av receiver. I waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Finally got sick of waiting and complained. Someone was then summoned to help me but turned out to not be very knowledgeable in what i was looking for. I just left. I went to abc warehouse just down the road. The salesman knew what i needed and I was in and out of there less then the time it took someone to help me at best buy.
It's a huge disappointment when you purchase X box live cards for your children to find out that they were not activated. the icing on the cake is that the Merchant, Best Buy" tells the customer to contact microsoft and microsoft says to contact Best Buy. . . poor customer service....
You can wait for 30 plus minutes and have the store workers walk right but you many times. Ask for help, we'll be with you soon.
Went in looked at the laptops for about 20 mins. 2 employees working in that section. 1 said she would be RT with me. Another couple walks in and because they were dressed (looking like they had lots of money) she waited in them. I said r u going to wait on them first she said yes u have been here for a while what's a little more time. I left the store and WILL NEVER RETURN. WHAT A JOKE
I want to personally thank Brady for all his help tonight! He went above and beyond helping me find the right computer monitor. He was not only professional... He was notably friendly! Thank you again Brady ( Saginaw mi store)!
We bought a dryer at Best Buy and it took a week to deliver, when it got here it didnt work they said that it was my electric hook up .. got an electrician in and tested it and there’s power to the connection. The people that came and delivered it did not try anything they just said it’s broke and left .. now I have to wait 5 days before some one will even come and look at it.. waited on hold for an hour to be told that ..
We had a special order on a dvd player that wasnt in stock. Ordered it to the store and the box wAs completely smashed. My husband looked at the associate who was handing it over like nothing was wrong. He proceeded to tell my husband that it was protected in the box. Also that if it didnt work to bring it back. Best buy you should be ashamed of yourself handing something like that over to a customer esp one who spends a ton of money at your store. Where has the customer service went?
