20+ minutes on hold is garbage when I have 1 short question about my order.
I was placed on hold by your automated phone tree for over 18 minutes and not one single human answered the phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I called the store to ask a question and in the middle of talking to the person she just hung up on me. That’s what kind of customer service they provide. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this store
DO NOT BUY GSP FOR YOUR TV! THEY WON'T HONOR IT! They've turned their ratings off on their page. My husband has been at the store for 3 hours after literal MONTHS of Geek Squad jerking us around. Our tv sound is cutting out. We have GSP. They just keep saying they don't hear the issue (as they talk through their whole session) and have replaced parts (once before Covid-19 in our house) TWICE! Now, our Xbox 360 DOESN'T WORK WITH IT after they sent it to a 3rd party repair place for 2 and half weeks and we can't play games or ... read more

when ordering over phone and they screw up your e mail or name they take your money and then do not know how to track it. you do not get a confirmation number so you have nothing. they get their money (530.00) and you get NOTHING. I spent 4 hours on the phone and 6 different people couldn't help me. never again.
I will never purchase from the Saginaw Best Buy again. I also, inform all family and friends to not purchase from there. They gave me a damaged tv, which they loaded into the vehicle. We called within an hour of picking up and corporate said to go back and return it and they will reorder us a new one. We were told it would be easy and have no issue since it was same day.
