Wife bought 2 Bed Bath and Beyond gift cards from Best Buy. Charged for both, one wasn't activated on their end. We call the day after Xmas, they said it was their fault and to allow them 24-48hrs to send an email with a code that will be usable. 72 hrs later, no email, we call again, only to be told by their service rep she can not help us and gave us another number to call which was closed at the current time. shit service from the start. would like to be contacted asap and have this remedied.
Worst customer service ever! Actually got no service! Went to three people who acted like it was a burden to answer questions. One was on his personal cell chatting .. asked question.. he turned and walked away to continue his phone conversation. Went to another store and purchased 2 new laptops.. among other things. Spent almost 1800.00 Will never try you guys again

The General Managers response to my concern - "We are not responsible for what happened after we installed it"! Took her weeks to even get back with me. If you want to be taken care of as a customer, go somewhere else. No wonder they are rated so low. Well below the national average.
