ZERO customer service in stereo sales
Worst customer service I have ever recieved.
NO 🌟bought a 65 inch TV with insurance on Black Friday it just so happens the TV got damaged and went back into your store to see what could be done instead of sending my TV out to be fixed they wanted to charge me an additional $100 for a replacement TV and I think that is totally unfair because I did purchase insurance on the TV I think that I was taken advantage of I am on disability and I have a fixed income and do not have money to be just throwing away so I feel like Best Buy really drop the ball on customer service a... read more
worst ever went there for a phone the couldn't activate it and deleted all my info on my old phone never going there again
seems like when you go in just to look around, there's 20 people ask you if they can help you find something, when you actually go in looking for something, everyone's huddled together talking to one or two customers
Team members are always nice and willing to help me. I usually find what I’m looking for, and if I can’t find it then they always order it for me. Great customer service. I have never ran into an issue with this store and highly recommend!
Came in to the store today to purchase a video doorbell and camera security system. Sheldon helped us through the whole process and I can’t stress enough how knowledgeable and helpful he was! Kudos to him!
Jeff Thiel was awesome! Went in looking for a laptop. He helped me to make an informed decision about the best machine for my investment. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He was NOT a pushy salesperson. Definitely would shop with him again.
