Bought a computer and printer there 18 months ago. Only bought the printer because the sales person told me as long as you have a rewards card you would get 15% OFF ink purchases there. Went to the store today and they say NOPE. They discontinued that. That makes Best Buy liars in my book. It also makes them one more store I will never shop in again due to the poor treatment of customers.
I wil not go into the details because it would be too much to type. But if you have any issues, speak with David Little. He is great. I had so many problems trying to get my hands on this madden 18 game but he was very polite and understanding. He turned a very negative situation into a positive one! Thanks David!
Sad store management that do not stand behind the products they sell. I've purchased 5 laptops this past year, and one doesn't stay connected to the internet, after being "fixed" by the geek squad the hard drive crashed and even though the computer is still under manufacturer's warranty, the store management will not replace it. It has to be sent out to their service center at least 2 more times, before they will admit there is a problem. It's the dumbest thing ever not to accept a payment on a account simply because my name doesn't appear on the check. I'm giving you money idiots! Take it and say thank you have a nice day, not sorry, we can't receive your payment because we don't see your name on the check. Ridiculous!!
Found what I wanted got in and out quickly. I always like best buy!!!!!
