I just had the best experience at Best Buy on S. College Rd in Wilmington! The customer service rep I spoke to was able to restore the wifi connectivity on my laptop and saved me a lot of time, money and tears as I go into another semester!!Thank you, Samuel at Best Buy! You’re the best!!

Kudos to my awesome hubby who purchased an automatic starter for my Christmas present. Too bad Best Buy in Wilmington sold him it approx a week before Christmas and even made a point to specifically ask for a person to schedule the install. Too bad their entire process is a pain and I had to actually drive to the store only to be offered I can drive 1-2 hours away to a different store for the install because their “technician” isn’t skilled enough to install it. Best Buys customer services is the worst of any retail store I have ever shopped in. Against the wishes of my brother and a friend I bought a TV there anyway. What a mistake. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything that doesnt work correctly. I bought a TCL TV and from the gitgo the remote didnt work. You think I could take it back to BB and have them replace it, NOPE. I had to call TCL and have them send me a new one,something BB could have done in 5 minutes at the store. and the big kicker was that the employee... read more

No worries, y'all will no longer get my business. I'm not going to bark at my customers, and y'all certainly should not bark at yours... Know this, as a Licensed, NC Building Contractor for 25 years, the 80 houses I'm scheduled to build next year WILL NOT have appliances or other electronic devices from Best Buy!!

Promised repairs are 4 days late and you can't get through to anyone on the phone EVER. You can't even get out of the automated phone loop to speak to a manager. If you want something done and you'd like help you're pretty much screwed.
