Hire employees who are there to help the customer, not have their face buried in their phone and ignoring the customer

Never buy things here. The managers should be fired. They are a complete joke. You will never find an employee here that can help you with anything. If you are lucky they might refer you to a website. But they could not even get it together enough to sell me a blu-ray. I definitely would not buy anything really expensive here. Just look at these reviews. This page has a 2.5!!!! That is extremely bad.

We spent over $2,000 to buy 2 new laptops and asked for Windows assistance via Geek Squad over the phone and the level 1 tech didn't know what to do and took 2-3 minutes to research the problem. When she came back we were told we would have to pay for level 2 support or bring both machines back to the store. It turns out this issue is on every Dell laptop and others they sell and the fix was hidden but simple. So, don't expect any support from Best Buy without a charge. Even in the initial setup.
