Good computer
Horrible customer service!!!! I have purchased several things from Best Buy over the years and spent thousands of dollars but they have lost a customer in me!!! I called the 1800 number for assistance with my son’s tv I had purchased less than a mth ago and received the worst customer service. I filed a complaint about it and no one ever contacted me back and I have given them plenty of time to address it. I won’t spend another dime if you can’t even address a customer complaint.
I gave them a 1 because I had to in order to post this review. If I could give them a 0 I would! I purchased a laptop charger from the store and brought it back within the return time frame (with my original receipt) and sean lynge (the assistant manager) refused my return basically calling me a liar, said that I wasn't a "normal" person, and had the worst customer service imaginable. Went in to purchase an Xbox One X, and JP was of great assistance. Finding the product was simple and he was right around the corner willing to help and check us out. Gave me lots of valuable info about the system and even looked for ongoing promos that I may have been able to take advantage of. He also set me up with a Best Buy credit card which was a simple process. Great customer service and will look for him on future trips!
Biggest pile of shit people and horrible service all under one roof.
It’s NOT the store, it’s the inefficiency of the Geek Squad! So, I simply returned the computer since the Squad is not effective! Had reservation and they all left the counter and went to lunch, at the same time! People with flip phones without appointments were assisted, in front of me... returned today, without an appointment and was told I have to make an appointment to be helped... again, no one at the counter. Sad, they are hurting the store!!! #GeeksquadisnotBestBuyfriendly
