Completely absurd!!! We call... told "yes, the samsung guy is in the store tonight" we drive an hour and walk in to alot of employees standing around... not one employee can help us and no samsung guy. I was very clear as to what I needed on the phone... very clear! Your costomer service however was not so. As in completely wrong!! Then we find out as the mutual excuse of the staff that all calls are rerouted to a call center and they dont actually have any idea what each store actually has to offer.. now we get here and the... read more
Excellent experience with knowledge staff. Look forward to repeat business
For such a large retailer they do not understand what remarkable customer service it or service at all. Do not waste your time or money with them. We have been loyal buyers for over 10 years and yet it means nothing. We currently have an order that they can't seem to deliver & their management team hasn't bothered to call us back as they promised. Now they have my money and I have no product. Pretty sure that is a form of stealing Best Buy. Shame on you. I bet your CEO Hubert Joly would love to know this is how he is running... read more
